Why Workshops?
These workshops offer a variety of services, including professional resume review and feedback, guidance on the importance of resumes and how to prepare for interviews, assistance with translating military occupational specialties (MOS) into civilian skills, and connections with potential employers. The goal is to help veterans successfully navigate the job market and find meaningful careers.
Veterans often possess unique skills and experiences that may not easily translate to the civilian job market, and these workshops can provide guidance and assistance in translating their military experience into a civilian context. Additionally, the workshops can help veterans understand the importance of tailoring their resumes to specific job postings and provide tips on how to effectively prepare for interviews.
