Serving in the Navy taught me that no mission is ever truly over—it just evolves. Transitioning out of service isn’t easy, and I know firsthand the uncertainty that can come with that next step. That’s why I founded the Charlie-Mike Foundation—to ensure that veterans and members of our community never feel like they have to navigate these challenges alone. Whether it’s through mentorship, resources, or the RARE Award program, we’re here to lift each other up, create opportunities, and remind everyone that their next mission is just beginning.
