By forging partnerships with key organizations and engaging in meaningful initiatives, we uplift veterans, their families, students, first responders, and individuals in need throughout the community. Our efforts focus on fostering resilience, empowerment, and gratitude in every project we undertake.
From educational programs, like the RARE Award, to supporting veteran-owned businesses, and addressing food insecurity, the Charlie-Mike Foundation is dedicated to making a positive difference. Together with our partners and community members, we expand our reach to ensure that no one is left behind
RARE Award
The R.A.R.E. Award is an initiative under the Charlie-Mike Foundation, sponsored by Executive Option and founded by its CEO. Created to commend remarkable students who are making an effort to excel in and out of the classroom, the program has expanded its reach since its launch in 2022, working closely with schools in the Clark County School District to identify and reward exceptional high school seniors. To date, three amazing students have been granted a $10,000 scholarship, and we look forward to awarding our fourth recipient this year to help further their education. Additionally, through its nomination program, over 600 students have been celebrated, allowing school staff to recognize students for the amazing work they do every day.
Southern Nevada Veterans Chamber of Commerce
The Southern Nevada Veterans Chamber of Commerce (SNVCC) serves as a vital hub for veteran-owned businesses in our community. By fostering networking opportunities, professional development, and mentorship, SNVCC empowers veterans to thrive in the business world. The Charlie-Mike Foundation collaborates closely with SNVCC to support veterans, helping them gain access to resources, training, and a supportive community that recognizes their unique experiences and contributions.
Three Square
Three Square Food Bank works tirelessly to provide nutritious meals to those in need across Southern Nevada. As a proud collaborator, the Charlie-Mike Foundation participates in food drives and volunteer events, aiming to combat hunger in our community. By joining forces with Three Square, we help ensure that veterans and their families have access to healthy food, fostering stability and well-being for those who have served.
Operation Gratitude
Operation Gratitude is dedicated to expressing gratitude to our service members, veterans, and first responders through meaningful gifts and heartfelt messages. The Charlie-Mike Foundation partners with Operation Gratitude to assemble personal letters of appreciation. Together, we strive to uplift the spirits of those who have dedicated their lives to serving our country, ensuring they feel valued and remembered.
